The R539 is an exceptional value, high quality mid-reach caliper with refillable cartridge-type brake pads and a little more reach than the Tektro R540.

Ideal for frames with a little more tire clearance than a typical track bike like the All-City Big Block or Surly Steamroller, especially when rolling on bigger rubber.
